About Tom Jones

As a CPA and tax accountant for over 20 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes with a lot of business owners

I discovered that it was really common for them to be struggling with these kinds of problems:

  • Working 60, 70, even 80 hours per week to keep things going.

  • Hiring people, but not getting the full benefit. Of having a staff because their customers insisted on working with the owner directly.

  • Having a business that was profitable, yet not profitable
    enough to give them the lifestyle they had hoped for when
    they started.

  • They started their business because they wanted to create a better life for themselves - instead, they created a trap. In some cases, working harder and earning less than they could working for someone else.

I started offering business coaching and fractional CFO services so that I could proactively help my clients build better businesses.

I use my experience as a successful small business owner, my financial background and a growing collection of business-building tools to help my clients bring balance to their lives while making their business more organized, stable and profitable.
